Our standard service and maintenance work is backed by a 2-year/24,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first.
Whether your vehicle is visiting us for preventative maintenance or a significant mechanical repair, our objective is to perform the job correctly using quality components, proper procedures, and the attention to detail expected from a European automotive specialist.
A warranty should not replace quality workmanship—it should reinforce it.
We believe in diagnosing concerns accurately, recommending the appropriate repair, and completing the work correctly the first time. Our warranty provides additional assurance that we stand behind qualifying work after the repair is complete.
Wheel Alignment & Balancing Warranty
Precision matters when it comes to wheels, tires, suspension, and steering.
Wheel alignment and balancing services performed by Bavarian Werk Shop are covered for 6 months/1,500 miles, whichever comes first.
This coverage reflects the unique nature of alignment and balancing, which can be affected by road hazards, impacts, tire condition, suspension changes, and other factors outside the original service.
Performance Parts Warranty
Enthusiasts often ask more from their vehicles than the factory originally intended.
Performance parts installed by Bavarian Werk Shop are covered for 12 months/12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Because modified vehicles can operate under substantially different conditions from factory vehicles, performance components receive warranty coverage appropriate to their intended application.
Understanding Warranty Limitations
There are circumstances where warranty coverage does not apply.
Vehicles used in competitive racing, track events, or off-road activities are excluded from warranty coverage due to the extraordinary stresses these activities can place on vehicle components.
Warranty coverage also does not extend to customer-supplied parts or problems resulting from their use. When we supply the appropriate components for a repair, we can verify their application, quality, and suitability. We cannot provide the same assurance for components sourced elsewhere.
Additionally, warranty coverage may be voided when a vehicle receives subsequent modifications or tuning from outside parties or non-approved sources when those changes affect the covered repair or component.
These limitations allow us to stand confidently behind work performed under conditions we can properly control and evaluate.
