Signature confirmation may be required for certain shipments

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier:

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or carrier-related issues

All claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments must be filed with the shipping carrier.

7. Billing & Payment
