Shipping Availability
All orders are shipped from within the United States to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
Carrier Selection
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to purchase, Bavarian Werkshop reserves the right to select the shipping carrier, service level, and shipping method for all orders. Carrier selection is based on efficiency, reliability, package size, and delivery requirements.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe after payment is received. Processing times may vary based on order volume, item type, and availability.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Delivery & Signature Confirmation
For certain orders, including but not limited to high-value, oversized, or specialty items, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.
If a signature is required:
- Delivery will not be completed without a valid signature
- Failed delivery attempts may result in delays or additional carrier handling
Risk of Loss & Shipping Responsibility
All items are carefully packaged; however, once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier:
- Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon carrier acceptance
- Bavarian Werkshop is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, or transit issues
Any claims for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Bavarian Werkshop is not responsible for:
- Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout
Any reshipment or correction may result in additional charges.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy, including carrier selection, delivery terms, and transfer of responsibility upon shipment.
